This was the first time I had ordered from Garden Essentials. Found their website easy to use. Item arrived very quickly and I am very pleased with it.

Arrived promptly - however, if you want to protect your brassicas from butterflies, buy yourself some smaller gauge netting at the same time as I watched the cabbage whites go through the netting and out again. Also, if you buy you own netting, you can change the shape of your cage easily from square to oblong.

Best price I could find in a store or on line. Excellent service from Garden Essentials - ordered Sunday, delivered Tuesday morning. Will definitely use this company again

After sourcing prices for a lazy z spa I came across Garden essentials..they offered a good choice & price of layzspa's but I wanted a bit more info, it took me three attempts to get though to them on phone & then I was told I would be called back as they were busy! I was called a couple of hours later & given instruction on how to book my delivery which when ordering was giving me a date but I could not amend to the date I wanted. I was informed to put the date I wanted in the delivery instruction box. I was rather suprised when 10 days early (only 3 days after ordering) the spa turned up. It was a good job my neighbours were in as it is a very large box, there was no advanced warning it had been dispatached as I had made arangments for the day off which I had requested when booking as did not want to pay an additional £35 for a Saturday delivery! Not had a chance to set the spa up yet but looking forward to jumping in!

I purchased a Hozelock 40 metre auto reel hose pipe, and after taking a couple hours to fit it,turned it on . The auto reel didn't work,and there was a massive internal leak in the unit. I called Garden Essentials help line who immediately arranged a replacement and the return by courier of the faulty product,the girl on the phone couldn't have been more helpful and I received the replacement next day . All of this excellent customer service took away the frustration of the the original item not working . I would definitely use Gareden Essential s again and recommend them to friends.

On time and exactly as described. Excellent product feels robust and heated quicker than expected. Great value way to learn how much an outdoor spa will actually get used at these latitudes. Having just spent 4 hours in it I think it could be quite a lot.
