Hector asked me to rate my recent order. As much as I would love to give 5 stars my disappointment with the last purchase will get a 3 star rating. I purchased the Dalva crochet hair and it was the pits! Delivery took way to long and the hair was the worst i have ever purchased so please if you're thinking about this hair DON'T! It did not get wavy when wet, it stayed bone straight despite putting my good mouse on it. I have seen pets that shed less than this hair, everyday is massive shedding. It tangles BADLY and it's very itchy if you cut and style it. I wasted money buying this hair after watching many videos and reading many reviews I decided to give it a shot. I didn't even keep this in my hair for 2 weeks before having to take it out. You can't trust and believe i will not be ordering anything from this company anymore.

It is unfortunate that this company made a promise of a certain arrival of the product and then conveniently "ran out". Why would they fulfil the order in the first place? what happened as result was: 1.possible loss of a hair deposit appointment 2.delay in product 3.no response and no undoing their mistake 4. slow/now response PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND ORDER ANYWHERE ELSE. They do not care about their customers.
