I really like the flexibility of ordering on line. The return policy could be a little more flexible. I have purchased hair and found that I did not like it. By the time you figure it out, the return time for the unused hair, still in the package, unopened has passed. It is hard to order the exact correct amount of hair so the 30 day policy to me is not enough time.

I had a hiccup on a wig I really wanted and was waiting for to wear at an event, but I received an email that the manufacturer hadn't sent it, therefore, Ebonyline couldn't send to me.
