Very poor service for a betting app it keeps saying to verify my account I’ve done everything it says and it keeps putting my winnings back into my account hopping I’d bet again. Multiple of my friends are having the same problem. Don’t put money into this app

A novibet agent by the name of Gregoris B , after me telling him via email that i buried my mum a few days ago and spent lots of money on the whole funeral and arrangements and still lost money in the week and thousands in the years replies im sorry at this point in time there’s nothing available on your account , there’s low and then there’s that , do not go near these people . Trust me .

Was winning money off free spins and then accumulaters. First withdraw was fine, second one was pending for days and the imposed a €1 spending limit on account. Then account gets blocked and my withdraw and funds I won on the account seem to disappear. Thankfully I made a few quid off them before, but crazy how they can do this. If I was losing and spending they would of been happy enough. Gangsters

BEWARE. Although this 'company' is being advertised quite a bit, I have plenty of reservations about them. They request much more private data than most bookmakers, for example a telephone, Internet bill was not deemed sufficient. I got the impression they were after a bank statement. They also dishonoured the introductory offer, the reason that I joined, I did not receive the 50 as advertised. I tried to contact them but they flatly refused. And have no escalation policy. This 'company' do not allow replies on X or twitter. I would avoid at all costs, they have no Irish base.

Absolute Joke and I had to fight to get the money I had won. They are gangsters and will do their best to make withdrawing money as hard and as complicated as possible. Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst gambling company in the whole world! I have had to jump through so many hoops to try withdraw my own €20 but to no avail! I was sceptical at first but I'm with them for over 2 years now, I have never had an issue I find them fair & are good to their loyal customers, if there was ever an issue it is resolved immediately but it's very rare, customer service is always helpful & polite. I was with a very known casino before and they were complete gangsters. I will continue to use Noviebet as I personally find them great. Like all casinos you have some lucky week & not so lucky. Withdrawals in my account in minutes. I don't understand all the negative reviews, try them again it just takes time to get used to.

I think this is one of the worst. Some sites have a fair idea your gonna get robbed but these sponsor races etc claim to be reputable, firstly when I deposited they take the money from bank and never came to account. I then redeposited to get welcome bonus and they never awarded it. Also shocked by some of the reviews here

NoviBet is a scam website. I registered, deposited 10 euro to get the free bet welcome offer. I won 45 euro from the free bets and when I try to withdraw it, they keep saying I need to verify more and more things. So, I then bet 5 euro of the 45 and the horse won. I won 16.25 off that bet but NoviBet won't actually process the winnings either. Stay well away from this scam site. It should be shut down

Abusive decisions ....I requested to be banned from casino and after a month I want to lift the ban and they don't lifted for ,, my own good", when I requested the ban they don't inform me that's is possible to be permanently, I doesn't make anything wrong it was my decision so is a abusive decision.

No issues with account, kyc etc and sports game selection is normally good (2 stars). My problems here are bonuses as an existing player, sports trading practices and the customer support. I think I'm in some sort of VIP program, the rewards are hit and miss and so are the comms, no personal contact ever. I can find casino/slots VIP info but nothing on Sports. The worst are the deposit bonuses as an existing player, I think I have an average bonus return of about 1.2%, which is pathetic really, they constantly use low volatility/low RTP slots as rewards no matter the level of deposits so shows the level of greed or level of inexperience in bonuses. Average deposit would be €20 which would be rewarded with the same free spins on the same game. Normally the win will be 0.20c/0.30c, i think the highest was about €1.20. I would win more on the general free spins promos then I would on a deposit bonus... They also reward deposit bonuses on their free bonus wheel...A few problems on games bring blown early at HT/FT and bets not being voided. Clearly states on the game page games are 90 mins (2*45 mins) so these bets should be void. The traders (if any) should be on top of these problems and if you have to raise any problems with customer service, god help you, the attitude shown to existing customers can be surprising. I'd go back if they got better staff and got their act together on bonuses for regular existing players. I'm guessing other players would be seeing the same problems so will move around again and see if things ever improve.

Locked me out of my account after winning money. Asks me to verify my identity, which I did and it’s telling me my ID is invalid. I’m using a validate in date passport so who are they to say it’s invalid? Support is useless and makes you feel like an idiot for contacting them. I’ve forwarded a complaint about them to the gambling commission. Due to this experience, I highly suggest avoid using as there’s a good chance they’ll just take your money and lock your account

They always put up the "no deposit" offer for 70 eur free bet, however you will only get 40 eur free bet and they will ask you to make a deposit of 10 eur and bet it in order to reveive the remaining 30 eur free bet. They clearly have a different definition of no deposit offer, I don't understand how they can still operate in Ireland, I am going to lodge a complaint against them. Shame on you Novibet

I won free spins on a game called Greek Gods, there were suppose to be 20 and the game gave me 11, not the first time something like this happens but the first time that I made a report to novibet, which of course they blamed me and did no investigation at all. Stay away, plenty of other companies to subscribe who respect their valuable customers.
