Absolutely disgraceful. I contacted MARCUS to cancel the package before the first payment was taken out as, first of all, there’s literally no way to cancel on the website and secondly it was way too expensive. He confirmed he’d cancelled it and I won’t be charged yet two weeks later they take £148 out of my account? Meaning nothing was actually cancelled. I don’t know what kind of establishment you’re running but it’s just disgusting. You cannot afford to make such colossal errors because it just puts people like myself in a very difficult situation financially. Thankfully I have receipts of the conversation so I can easily take legal action but I suggest you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolute waste of time. Their organisational system is total crap! Meters are registered on national database. I have been waiting over 2 months for them to register my metere so I can change supplier. I wonder why they are not doing it, uummmm let me guess? Anyhow, will be making official complaint to to ombudsman. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Using huddle made our life as students having to work out bills for the first time very simple! It eliminated any hassle and we trusted that the service was always very good. Any queries we have had have always been resolved quickly which has been a bonus too!

Had a lot of problems with payments being taken from 2/3 of the tenants each month leading to a lot of chasing our end. Ended up being a lot of hassle when it was supposed to be hassle free. Wouldn't use huddle again.
