This is the third car I’ve ordered through them and each time I have received friendly professional service.

Ordered an Audi Q3 Sportsback on 5th November 2021. With a delivery time of 6-9 months, a year on practically, I still don't have even a build week! Prices look fantastic on paper...unfortunately the reality is you will be left on an indefinite long wait. They take your money upfront for what they call administration. MSG are agents the dealership is Lincoln Audi who they deal with on your behalf. I cant even get an answer to whether the orders that they have taken that there are enough semi-conductor chips to fulfill previous existing orders!! Bear in mind we can all see new 22 and 72 plates on the road from all car maufacturers. Is MSG and Lincoln Audi somehow at the back of the queue in getting orders processed?! In my case this has not been a positive experience. Conduct your due diligence before parting with your money with MSG and their "Dealerships". As of writing this I will now be in my 2nd Year of waiting for a car!

In the purchase phase every effort was made to find my ideal vehicle in the short time frame available. Once located I was then handed on to the delivery team where the attention and care taken to ensure everything went smoothly and speedily before I had to go abroad was very refreshing.
