I purchased a Nissan Qashqai through Motorsource, with the assistance of Julian, and I am so glad I did. From start to finish Julian was as helpful as can be, there was certainly no pushy salesmen tactics or persuasion. In fact at one point Julian suggested I wait and order the car later to take advantage of information regarding an update to the model that wasn't even public knowledge. Communication was superb and swift, with updates as the purchase progressed. Once ordered I was given a proposed delivery date, however I wanted the car earlier to take away for to be weekend and Jess, the delivery coordinator was more than helpful. Again, communication was great and Jess pushed so that the car arrived in plenty of time. Taking into account how pleasing it was to deal with Motorsource and the obvious great saving on the price of the car I have raved to anyone who will listen about the service! I am so pleased that we found out about the MSG, I was about to purchase another vehicle, however on hearing about MSG and making that first initial phone call, my dealings with Richard Fogg promptly halted that process, Richard was a pleasure to deal with very knowledgeable and sourced me a brand new Toytota Verso Plus, with all the trimmings, for a huge saving on what my local Toyota main dealer could offer. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard and all the advice given to me was really appreciated, so we paid our deposit and placed the order, we were then passed over to the Co-ordinator Sharon Kirk who was fabulous, Sharon organised all of the paperwork, which is all done online and so easy to submit and process, Sharon was a star and actually managed to arrange for us to collect our new vehicle in double quick time. The whole process took only four weeks from start to finish and there was not a single issue. The staff are a real credit to the company and I have already happily recommended the group to others who qualify. We are delighted with our new car and will 100% be back when it is time to change the car.

I got a lovely brand new car at the discount advertised, all done online. The service was spot on; they did what they said when they said they would.

Just taken delivery of my second new car via MSG. As before hassle free from first contact to delivery. Small problem with the number plates (not MSG's fault) sorted immediately with new plates and a fitter. Special thanks to Lewis And Sharon who were a joy to deal with.

I recently purchased a vehicle through the motor source group. I was expecting lots of hassle and paperwork, but was relatively straight forward from start to finish. I was dealt with by Lewis who was very friendly, helpful, informative and practical. He answered all my questions and was true to his word. His customer service was exceptional and nothing seemed to much trouble. A real credit to his company. There was a bit of paperwork but all with reason. I had to wait months for the vehicle, due to stock issue, not the company’s fault. Car was ok when arrived but dirty inside. Laura was my delivery co-ordinator. She was ok, but preferred to deal with Lewis. She didn’t really keep me updated and took a while to respond. I would use them again. Good discount on the vehicle. Well done motor source group.
