I have just taken delivery of my new Toyota Yaris Cross. Ordered at the end of January with an estimated delivery date of August. I was notified on the 24th June that my car would be ready for delivery in July. I was offered delivery to my home, but it suited me better to pick up from the local dealer, no problem. Car is exactly as ordered. I cannot thank Radvile, Amy, Julian and Motorsource enough for making this the easiest new car purchase I have ever made, with the added bonus of saving £2500. I would and already have recommended Motorsource to my colleagues looking to buy a new car.

Really happy with the service I received from Motor source. Lewis was really helpful and sorted me a great deal on the car i was after, explained everything well, and helped sort things with my part exchange when the time came. Samantha kept me up to date with the progress of the build of the car, and kept me right with all the paperwork, and arranged delivery to the house when the car was ready. Will use the company again and would recommend to family and friends based on the excellent service provided by both Lewis and Samantha. The whole process was easy and communication was great.

This is my second review. I would amend my first to down-grade it but can't work out how to do it. When I ordered the vehicle I was told delivery would be end of April but to put May on the form as worse case scenario. I didn't get an update so chased at the beginning of May to be told there was a delay. Completely understand that as the Ukraine war hadn't started when I ordered and as we know, it's caused a further shortage of parts. I chased again towards the end of May to be told I had a CONFIRMED build date and my vehicle would be on the production line on 30th May (and I quote "your car will be built this week!"). Delivery would be 5 to 6 weeks afterwards (so I made arrangements on that basis). I was subsequently told my build had not happened and they have no idea why or when it will be built. I followed up and was told by someone else who has recently taken over my account that you only get CONFIRMED build dates when they have the chassis number and my car doesn't have one (so why was I told I have a confirmed build date back in May?). So now I have no idea when my car will be built and frankly the information I'm receiving is inconsistent. So I've resorted to a poor review as my great expectations for this company have been dashed. Feeling completely let down, disappointed and ill informed. To be fair the staff are very good at responding quickly it's just that the responses do not fully answer my queries. This is a update (August 2022) as I have finally had to cancel my order. I feel my review above was fair around the inconsistencies in information BUT the production delay was not motorsource's fault and CUPRA have been really poor with the information they've given motorsource and their customers (I contacted CUPRA direct and they were shocking). So I shouldn't review Motorsource harshly when they were not in control of the situation. Motorsource did try their very best to find me an in stock car, to help me out, but none of the specs met my needs. However, they really did try for me and responded to my many emails quickly and were always professional - so thank you Paul and Radville for your help. Even with the above review round inconsistencies I would use them again.

Good communication and easy process during the order of the vehicle. Very friendly so far. Awaiting for delivery now. Addendum: So nearly 7 months later got the car delivered. Unfortunately it was the wrong trim as someone sent the wrong order form. The options offered to solve the problem were very limited since the trim I’ve ordered had now been discontinued and pretty much involved getting some money refunded. Would probably hope for a bit more for someone who ordered a wrong car for you. Unfortunately that stains the experience as I now have a car that wasn’t necessarily what I wanted.

Great service from beginning to end. Stephen helped me find the car I wanted then was handed over to Jessica, where I transferred the payment and my car was delivered within 3 weeks. Great service and I highly recommend.
