I have recently completed my second PCP deal with Motorsource and once again the customer service exceeded my expectations. Right from the initial contact through to the delivery of the car, nothing is too much for these guys. Having dealt with Lewis previously, I was advised by his colleague that it was the company policy to allow him to deal with me again, despite the fact that I had not spoken to him and his colleague knew I was keen on making a purchase. I had never experienced this before and it sums up the integrity of the company that you are dealing with. Lewis is a credit to the company and he worked hard to get me the best deal possible and showed patience as I kept coming back to him with different questions! Amy was in charge of the delivery and she too couldn't have been more helpful. I sorted a great deal on my old car with a part exchange too which just adds to the belief that Motorsource is a company that you should go to first when purchasing a new car!
