J’ai installé des interrupteurs B&P chez moi il y a moins deux ans. Un premier toggle switch va et vient s’est mis à ne plus fonctionner il y a quelques mois (le bouton devient tout mou et ne commande plus l’éclairage). J’en achète un nouveau et le remplace. Et aujourd’hui un deuxième toggle switch disfonctionne également de la même façon. Bien que l’inconvénient soit réel, le service client de Buster and Punch s’est montré remarquablement attentionné et réactif. Gilles Lellouche
