Incredible product. Hard to pay for quality these days but this place nails it

5 stars for product design and quality. 1 star for supply chain management and the fact that it took over ONE YEAR to get a single stupid toilet paper holder. I would have gone in another direction but I already had B&P hooks and towel bars so I wanted it to match. Love the products, hated the wait.

Two of our toggles broke after less than 6 months -- when I reached out to the company asking for advice, they sent us two new toggles without question. The responses were fast and I appreciated that they stood behind their product!

Love the products but not at all happy with following the delivery. Links don’t work and are all in Polish?

One of the soap bottle was leaking and it spilled onto some of the products packaging. The team from Buster and punch is kind enough to replace the affected goods and all is settled now. I’m happy and will continue to support them.

We bought every single light switch, plug socket and kitchen handle from buster and punch for our house build in 2018 (approx 7,000sq foot house) Slowly but surely over the last 6 years every product has had an issue. The toggle switches snap, the dimmer switches stick and the kitchen handles lost their finish completely. The company did replace the handles after admitting it was much more than wear and tear but you can see the same thing happening again. They also replaced the broken toggle switches, but the toggles have snapped again and now we are slowly replacing all our switches in the house for a better quality product. We spent thousands on what is a very good looking product but the high quality inner workings is just not there! Little point to a product looking good but breaking or not working!

If you can, use these to set your home decoration project apart from everyone else. Tie in your furniture handles with your light fittings, plug sockets and even your door handles! If you are feeling frivolous, there's a very cool "Rockstar" bar which can be wheeled out for special occasions - the choice is vast. The products, their quality, style and range are cool, interesting and substantially better than pretty much anything else being installed in neighbouring projects on your street!
