Melanie was truly fabulous in resolving my concerns. At first I assumed that no one responded to my inquiry but the mistake was on my side. Melanie was incredibly prompt and responsive and I was very impressed with her customer service.

I really wanted to give 5 stars because the product is amazing. I am remodeling a Victorian home and decided to make a statement by doing all Buster & Punch switches, dimmers, and receptacles and they look absolutely amazing. Every person that sees them is blown away. Details are amazing and well made. My issue was with the ordering process. The website looks great but is barely functional. When you select a product and add to a cart it took over a minute at times to process and if you forget to wait for the confirmation it was added to the cart and navigate away it's gone. I was so frustrated it took me 3 days to get everything in the cart and finally just gave up and ordered what I had in there whether I was short on certain items or had too many of others. So now I will have to go back and do an additional order. I have never experienced such a poor marketplace site as this one in the past decade. Feels like their server is running AOL dial up. I was close to bailing on the whole $10k plus order and going with a different brand due to the frustration. I have a carriage house I am remodeling next and if the site isn't fixed by then, I will go a different direction there even though I absolute love the product and are the statement detail I was hoping for.

I waited a long time to order my switches because I was unsure of the look I was going for. I seriously can’t be happier. We’re above and beyond my expectations.

Beautiful quality and well crafted products

Ordered for hundreds of dollars worth of switches. Unfortunately nearly half of them are unusable because the light dimmers didn't work with my LEDs. Support was unhelpful, took ages to reply and didn't resolve my issues. Also did not offer any refund or solution. There are also no 4-way switches. In essence B+P create very nice looking electrical pieces with surprisingly cheap internals for a premium price. If you don't believe me look online for b+p electrical issues or better yet buy a dimmer module and compare it yourself to a similarly priced dimmer on the market from renowned brands. I suggest sampling and testing items before bulk ordering in order not to regret it and waste money like i did. Update: upgrading to 4* because b+p finally reached out to me. They sent a couple of new dimmers with higher wattage with better LED compatibility. I still recommend sampling before bulk ordering switches due to the nearly infinite numbers of LED bulbs and light setups on the market.

I love the products and specify them for my interior design projects. We had a small issue which was dealt with promptly and professionally. Lovely company would highly recommend.
