I haven't been able to get my order for a few weeks

Honestly i don’t recommended this company. All of my products exactly 2G Toggle switch and 1G Toggle Switch (module)are made by plastic so they were broken every single week because switches fracture during trying turn the light on even I’m doing gentle. The cost is not worth this products.

I love your products. They are premium. Beautifully manufactured and functional. I needed a double sided pull bar but with different colours on each side. Your sales lady was very nice but couldn’t provide my request. I would have to buy 2 full sets. As a result, I have gone elsewhere.

We’ve had a positive experience with B&P. We ordered a sink and a bunch of handles. The quality is top notch, and so is their service. The things look great in the new remodel. We had an issue with one handle and they have sent a replacement item quickly!

After a wobbly handle fitting first time around, Buster & Punch - more specifically Melanie Dobbs has been EXCEPTIONAL in helping to get this resolved. Replacement handles, video and instructions so no chance of anything less than a perfect finish to follow. Calls, emails and a wonderful caring customer service. The world would be a better place with more companies (and people) like B&P / Melanie. Thank you so much. It is very much appreciated

Very helpful delt with my issue straight away

I had some issues with the original components sent, but B&P was very responsive when I emailed, shipping out replacement parts quite quickly. The switches themselves are absolutely beautiful.

Exceptional customer service (as well as products) - I received one incorrect item in an order due to a glitch in the B&P system, and so emailed to see how this could be rectified. The next day response was to immediately ship the correct item to me. Remarkable.

Living in Canada, thought the shipping would take much longer. Took a little less than a week.

Your products are not only beautiful but so well thought out in design and function. We purchased 4 sets of brass paletes for our light switches and one genius feature is that you include basic screws and then the decorative ones are installed with a protective shield covering them during installation. I cringed every time the screw driver would slip with the others and opening your product I just thought—pure genius. Beautiful beautiful products!
