Quick and competent service and delivery

I have always loved the buster and punch products and believe you get absolute top quality for a very reasonable price. Having just had my second experience with the customer services team I am equally impressed with this aspect of the service the company provides. (Special mention this time to Suzanne in customer services team! Many thanks!)

Beautiful switches but so poorly made! The screws falling off so easily! Black and white paint is coming off so easily too. So expensive for what it is. Explore other options before investing in this brand.

Top quality products and services. They even supplied and shipped (international) me screw screws that were scratched during installation free of charge. I would definitely buy again and highly recommend them to anyone

The quality is superb. I've installed hundreds of lights and outlets over the years and I've never seen such a great product. The switch plates are amazing and the brass decorative kit is top notch. Much more expensive than the cheap plastic and metal one's you buy in the stores, but if you want quality and to be different, then I highly recommend these products. I hope to be able to use these again in my next house.

Louise was MORE than helpful & had fantastic customer service. She was very patient & called me back in a timely manner. Customer service is EXTREMELY important to us & although our ordering process ran into some hurdles, Louise was able to carefully manage the process with no problems.

Regular customer as I ordered many items from them, mostly no issues and very quick delivery. BUT, one of the pull bars I ordered was missing the screws, I contacted customer service a week ago, had one reply and never heard back. I called yesterday again and they said they are working on it and will give me an update, but still no replies. My renovation is waiting just for these screws now, so to say the least I am disappointed. ----------Updates----------- Melanie has quickly responded to my review above and chatted with me. She explained the situation and apologised for the bad service I experienced and offered some complementary gifts. She is very friendly and definitely made up for the bad experience I had before. This is the kind of customer service we expected from Buster + Punch as a regular customer, very happy with it.

It was super fast,and we where able to get it solved.

Order arrived really promptly. I have 5 of these in a row in my kitchen to replace white plastic ones. The fittings are just different to others on the market and they look and feel good, that's if you're someone who values the difference that the designers have brought to what is a utility fitting. I will walk past these fittings every day and appreciate that they just look great, even my wife commented she liked them. Well done Buster + Punch for making these.

Beautiful products and exceptional customer service.

Hopeless delivery service. Was advised it was ready for collection at local post office but when I went there, it had already been taken back by DHL. Rang Buster and Punch who said they would investigate and call me back. They didn’t. I’ve paid £200 for handles which I’ve yet to see.
