We received a puzzle with a production problem. Customer service responded promptly and quickly replaced the puzzle. Easy to contact, pleasant and professional.

Shipping was to be 3 to 5 business days starting March 25, 2022. It is now April 7 and no shipment. Also, I see where this is shipped from Great Britian. Had I known this I would never have ordered the puzzles. As I have not received the puzzles yet, why don't you keep them and give me a refund. Lorne Hope.

I gave a one star rating since I haven't received my order as yet. The order was estimated to arrive on or about 03 Dec, 2021 and as of today, per tracking it has not even been shipped. Very poor service as far as I am concerned. As a note, the company sure did not waste time charging my credit card though. In addition, they have not attempted to provide any updates on the order.

I am very pleased with the jigsaw advent calendar. It is so much fun, and the puzzles are cute. I will come back to this company next year!

It's disappointing to not be able to see a proof of what the finished product will look like. I felt the image on our puzzle was very blurry. We could barely tell which blob was our house. Pretty big let down considering what we paid for it.

Great quality puzzle, received in a very timely manner

I bought these puzzles for my wife as a gift. It took less time to receive them from the UK than it did to send a card to a friend 30 miles north of where we live!

These puzzles are of excellent quality. Will definitely order again.

Shipping fees were quite expensive for 7-10 working day shipping. In the end took 21 working days for the puzzle to arrive. Wrote to customer service about it and never got further information.

I only buy jigsaw puzzles from Alljigsawpuzzles. I find them to be high quality and enjoy doing them when snowed in. I have a closet full! I wish you could re-issue some of the older VanHaasteren puzzles. The originals are my favorites. Then newer ones are nice but don't seem to be as inspired as the old ones.
