I ordered my boyfriend's Christmas present on December 10 and paid extra for "economy tracked shipping" which ended up being completely useless and a waste of money. I received an email on December 13 saying that my package had shipped out and to allow 7-10 days for delivery and a link to "view my order" in a separate tab which then included an ASENDIA tracking number. When I clicked this #, however, it led me to a null page because apparently the company no longer exists and is now part of FedEx (sketchy). When I then entered the tracking number they gave on FedEx, it told me that no such order existed (again, sketchy). I decided to give it 7 days to see if maybe my package would still be delivered in a timely manner but when I didn't receive anything, I decided to finally email All Jigsaw Puzzles on December 20 to see what was going on. When they sent me a new tracking number and I checked it myself, it said ON THAT DAY (7 days after it was already supposedly sent out) that my package had JUST BEEN MAILED OUT (FYI- I tried to post the tracking page in this review but was told links aren't allowed). Why did I receive an email saying it was sent out on the 13th then? Already not pleased with the super delayed delivery time, I became even more upset as the days passed by and the tracking number showed no movement whatsoever. I emailed All Jigsaw Puzzles again on December 26 to see why delivery was taking so long and in response, received an email from a Mrs Sarah-Jayne Scorrer saying that my package was sent out from the UK on the 13th and arrived in the US on December 20 and that I should receive my package any day. I thought that that was ridiculously comical since the tracking number she sent me specifically said my package was sent out December 20 and it was clearly nowhere near the US since there had been NO UPDATE on the tracking page since then. Their customer service is clearly a joke. I checked the tracking number every single day after they sent it to me and FINALLY on December 29 (mind you, more than 2 weeks after my package was supposedly already sent out) did I see an update. Unfortunately it only said that my package had arrived in the transit country (Genève 2 Letter Transit) AKA it was still nowhere near close to the US. It took another two days for my package to finally make it to the US and then 5 days to FINALLY make it to my home. Just for full transparency, the package arrived a full 24 days after I first received the email from All Jigsaw Puzzles saying that my package was sent out and should be delivered in 7-10 days. Not only did my package NOT arrive in time for Christmas or even the New Year, All Jigsaw Puzzles had the audacity to give me false information. If they had only been honest about when my package was actually sent out, I could have made alternate plans for Christmas and bought an additional present for my boyfriend instead. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience and will definitely never order from All Jigsaw Puzzles again. In addition, I would definitely warn everyone who is thinking about purchasing from them to reconsider unless they want to go through the whole miserable ordeal that I just went through.

So far a very disappointing experience. Ordered 12.13.2017 and have not yet received my order on 1.3.2018! No answering machine on their phone number required me to call a number of times to finally talk with a person. She was sympathetic but made no offer to assist in getting my order expedited. They had no problem charging my credit card on day one so they had their money but apparently they are done with the customer! I guess they are not interested in repeat business. I will be happy to oblige!

The puzzles turned out wonderful. I had ordered two puzzles for Christmas only one arrived. The customer service was extremely helpful and I did receive the second puzzle. I would order from them again.

This was a gift but it seemed to be very nice. Arrived in time for Christmas. So far the giftees have said its a difficult puzzle to put together without a picture to look at.

Received email on 12/6/17 stating my order was on its way and to allow 7-10 days. On 12/21/17 (I waited until 15 days after shipping confirmation email) I emailed to inquire about order. Received unsatisfactory response basically saying that I would receive my order. As of 12/31/17 order still not received. I emailed again a couple days ago and have not received a response yet. Twenty-five days and counting sure doesn't fit into the "7-10 days" originally stated. Fortunately this was not a Christmas gift, but I was hoping to have it by New Year's Eve, as we usually do a family puzzle that evening.

I ordered 5 identical puzzles and only 1 of the 5 that I received were correct. They were very fast in getting back to me apologizing and offering to refund the purchase which I appreciated a great deal. However, it's been 9 days since that email and it is still not showing up on my credit card. They may have acted as quickly as they could but it shouldn't take this long to reverse some charges.

My package was received safely, well packed, and the correct item. My only issue is that I did not allow enough time for the package to go from the UK to Switzerland and then to the USA. It takes longer than 8 days. 4 Stars - darn good!
