I ordered a puzzle for my wife’s birthday at the beginning of October. I still haven’t received the puzzle and it is now well after my wife’s birthday. The tracking status has been stuck in the same spot since October 13th. The only thing that kept me from giving a 1 or 0 star is the communication with customer service has been good, except I’ve only been talking to them for a couple days now. I would just like to get my puzzle.

We love the puzzle from all jigsaw puzzles. We are avid puzzle workers, and love British puzzles the most! They are funny and we love finding the subtle items in the pictures that make us laugh out loud. Would highly recommend these puzzles.

Considering these challenging times involving shipping and the fact this was from the U.K. we are highly impressed with the service. And my mom loved the puzzles.

Packaged poorly with nothing to protect the puzzle boxes from being damaged. As a result, one of the puzzle boxes was damaged (top indented by the other smaller puzzle box placed on top of it).

This is a wonderful company...the service is fast and efficient and I love that they have a large supply of my favorite puzzle brand (Falcon de Luxe) which are hard to find in the US. I will continue to order as many from them as my "pocketbook" will allow.

Have ordered from this website twice. On both occasions I received my orders promptly.

I had a hard time with the coloring of the pieces. Multiple pieces would fit in the same spot but did not belong. This made it really hard to puzzle. I also noticed that the pieces would break or the image would rip off. Also some of the image was cut off.

Good quality puzzle. Received quickly. Friends and self got a bang out of BOOBS.
