I needed return item and won't help and cost twice as much to return than it did to buy

They were particularly nice to me regarding a package that did not arrive.

The problem is not the people who attended me, the problem is that my product hasn't arrived to destiny, the programed time was 7-10 days and now it is taking 14 days.

I received this puzzle promptly and securely wrapped. I haven't opened or used the puzzle because I bought it as a gift for someone else.

The puzzle was excellent, the only little problem is that some piece had scratched colour resulting in grey/white spots around some areas in the puzzle. I would also go for a more "glossy" color look, but i still appreciated the quality. Stefano

The puzzle selection is excellent. The ordering process was very easy and straightforward. I will definitely be ordering more puzzles from them once my final two shipments arrive. My only issue has been notification of order status as the puzzles make their way through the British postal service and over to America. Any request for status has been handled quickly but it would be nice to receive regular updates especially the arrival date in the US. Takes a while for the puzzles to arrive but Jan van Haasteren Jumbo puzzles are worth the wait.

Good selection and shipping costs from U.K. to U.S. were reasonable. Item arrived within the time frame promised. Will definitely buy from them again.

Haven’t receive my puzzle. It’s been over 3weeks. No one contact me to informed about delay in shipping. I was the one that did the contacting to inquire about my purchase. They should’ve wave my shipping fee.
