This puzzle arrived in a box with no image of what the puzzle was. No one would buy a puzzle for $1.00 at a second hand store without an image provided! And your product is much more costly than that. Extremely disappointing! Sincerely, Robin McCrae

Awesome collection of puzzles. I love the WASJIG and Chaos series and also Jan Van Haasteren and Len Epstein - all have a lot of content and are funny and fun to do. The puzzles themselves are high quality and arrive in about one week (which is amazing considering they come from UK and have to clear customs on both sides of the ocean).

I emailed your customer service regarding a missing piece. Sarah responded, apologized and sent out a new puzzle. I appreciated the quick response. I received the new puzzle witjin days. I will definitely order from All Jigsaw again.

It took over a month to get our puzzles. It seems you were shipping them from the UK. We have never had them take that long and don't know why they came from the UK. We will not be ordering from you again. Also on the puzzle "Late Booking" there is a missing piece. One puzzle had two of the same pieces. You don't seem to be paying much attention to detail.

Fast service and great product! Though the puzzles I am interested in go out of stock very quickly so I tend to wait until I can get several together rather than paying for shipping over multiple orders. I wish there was free shipping when you pay a certain amount.
