The product availability and breadth is fantastic. The customer service, however, was lackluster but I have to remember this is COVID and I'm sure they are dealing with a lot of annoying customers (myself included :P) I placed my order on April 28 and received my package May 21 because it was shipped from the UK to the US and I cannot see the shipping status until it arrives in the US. I will probably order from the company again because of the quality and breadth of products, and now I know to be patient but you cannot beat their product line!

As for my experience purchasing from All Jigsaw Puzzles on their US website, EXCELLENT. As for what I am searching for, great selection to choose from, shipping was inexpensive, and it may have been a little longer than usual. But my purchase arrived without any damages. Packing can be improved upon though, because my package had minimal to none, packing material used and the box appeared to be made of separate carton pieces. But hey, the cost was very inexpensive and as I stated, my package was delivered without any damages. I will definitely purchase more puzzles from them and I highly recommend All Jigsaw Puzzles for your puzzling needs.
