The puzzle is decent but not great. It's the only custom 200-piece puzzle I could find that was good-sized with big enough pieces for a child. The pieces are matte with no apparent protective coating, so this puzzle will not last long after being handled by a 7-year-old. We'll enjoy it while it lasts. For a custom puzzle, I suggest you brighten and enhance the contrast of the photos more than usual. Otherwise your puzzle will have a rather dim appearance. The shipping was an issue, it took a month and a half to get the puzzle. The "help" portion of their website is not helpful. No one answered the three messages I sent online. I tried the tracking link, but it was in French and did not recognize my tracking number. I finally had to call the UK (after difficulty finding their phone number) to get the puzzle shipped. So...brighten your photos, don't expect to receive a high-quality puzzle, and don't be in a hurry to get your puzzle, and you will be satisfied. Even though I'm not thrilled with the results, the child I ordered it for will be delighted with the puzzle.

The shipping was very fast even thought it was coming from overseas. The puzzles were all very high quality, the mystery puzzles I received were great and in a very good condition and made for great gifts.

Shipping and delivery of my puzzles was great. However, 3 days after receiving my shipment I finished working the first puzzle. One piece was missing and I sent an email to them asking what to do and to this date I have not received a response. Their website says that they generally respond to emails within 24 hours. Consequently, I will not order from this company again. FYI, there were no pieces missing from the other two puzzles.

Shipping took too long

The product was great as expected, I order the first 2 puzzles then a week later I order a 3rd puzzle a few days later I got a tracking number for the 3rd puzzle, it deliver as the shipping said. I requested info on the first 2 the information was slow and wrong, They did arrive 3 weeks after the last puzzle order. I never got a working tracking number I did get an email saying the puzzle arrived 2 day after it did. Good product poor communication

Ordered 3 weeks in advance of the holidays and the puzzle I purchased for my parents arrived at my house 3 days after I left to travel for the holidays, so they didn't receive it until after New Year by the time I shipped it to them. No shipping confirmation email sent; I had to follow up. Other than shipping issues, I think the puzzle pieces looked ok. I hope my parents enjoy it.

The puzzle took three weeks to get here - so long that I had given up and asked for a refund. The day after the request the puzzle arrived. I contacted customer service for the refund which was approved and implemented very quickly. As soon as I received the puzzle I again contacted customer service to cancel the refund but was too late. I was told to enjoy the puzzle. Your customer service efficient and pleasant.

It took 8 business days before the product shipped. They provided expedited shipping at no additional charge which was really wonderful. I just wished that I had been informed about the total time to expect for preparing the shipment when I placed my order. My family was thrilled with the personalized gift.
