It was shipped over a month ago and I still haven’t received the puzzles. I’ve written them and asked where my order is and have not received a response.

These guys are the best. If only they could keep Jan Van Haasteren puzzles in stock ☹️. They respond and ship from across the pond faster than some companies here in the states.

My mom has seen Gibson’s London Calling puzzle and was very interested it in. I started searching for it but everyone was out due to Covid. I signed up for the alert email for when it came back in stock and was very excited to purchase it when it came back in. The process was easy and the price was decent. My only thing is I would have liked to have had tracking so I could see when it would arrive. Thank you for making my mom’s day when she received her puzzle!

I ordered two wasgij puzzles but then sent an email a day later saying that one of the puzzles was out of stock. I would have ordered another one so I would have paid for the shipping for both but didn’t have a chance to do it.

Fast delivery and great puzzles!

My family and I were looking to shake things up a little and try something different, so we went with this Wasgij style of puzzle. Upon completion of the puzzle, I can say a couple things on it. Starting with the positives, it was a puzzle unlike others, having such a unique aspect of it really gives it a fresh take on a classic. Being a puzzle within a puzzle, you can really get yourself immersed as it brings more difficulty than it's classic same piece number counterpart. The artwork is quirky and enjoyable and the pieces are pretty easy to tell if they fit or not because of the print style. For the cons, I found that I had to take off a star because although this Wasgij is a great concept, I feel that it could have been better executed. I did not see the result being as resemblant of a future that the "Destiny" implies, although I can see the theme it would have been nice to get a little more out of it. Without giving too much away, seeing the little things in a future state may have made us not have to look back in the end and scratch our heads to say "what was this added/removed part representing from the previous picture. Secondly, the pieces feel a little frail. Replayability is important for my family and me, as we like to trade and hand around puzzles so that everyone can try, and having the puzzle be difficult to take apart without me damaging the pieces made me need to pick it apart almost piece by piece. In the end, it was a cool unique experience, but we will probably not be buying one again in the future. Satisfied with the company with shipping and handling, but this was a one time puzzle for us

Been a month and still haven't received the puzzles. Tracking them and I can see they are just sitting in a distribution point for days and days at a time. Not a customs problem. The choice of shipping partner is just poor.

Puzzles are great. Shipping was slow but understandable given COVID-19. However, they should automatically provide tracking of orders.
