Excellent quality product and the lad who fitted them was a lovely lad great service

Service from the measuring & fitting team was brilliant, can't fault that, but general customer service was terrible, didn't even call to say they had made an appointment date for the fitting, so didn't even have a chance to decide if I could do that date & wether to go ahead or not depending on the date further to that, & when I raised this they were quite rude about it. Also poke to several different people passing messages on & did not call me back, also asked for some advice on brackets for a blind & no one bothered to call me back even after a few times of chasing, as I say the service to door was great, customer service really poor. Blinds seem fine however.

Very quick and great service.

I have 10 motorised blinds where as, two of the motor/batteries were always needing charging. I placed an order to replace these two items and was given a quick install date where everything ran very smoothly. Service was exemplary, thanks to “Dave & Josh” who handled all the details and fitting. Well done lads!

Used the same company for many years, never any issues. This time measuring up was great, price great fitting lad was great but unfortunately the blind wasn’t as i ordered. The pole was meant to be black but came silver. I didn’t want to wait more time so just asked the lad to fit it.

I have used this company for all my blinds since 2016 and recommended them to all my family and friends over that time. The quality and the staff involved all excellent. The last purchase left me disappointed as the estimator insisted he increase the size ordered, even though it was exactly the same guy as measured last time. This meant the (vertical) blinds delivered were longer than required and I was given too many spare strips. I am very happy with the blinds themselves, but I feel I have overpaid because I have bought unwanted lengths.

My elderly mother in Middlesbrough needed new blinds and the Thornaby branch quoted for the work . From start to finish they were fantastic and I cannot recommend them highly enough . The quality is excellent and the service top notch and they even offered to make some adjustments even though it was not their fault .
