Very friendly chap. Had the blinds up in a crack. He explained which cords to use and how. He also took the empty box away and left my living room tidy. Thank you very pleased with the service

Came within hours given quick fitted and tidy only negative is that you can't book a time for fitting need a full day off work which is a shame as only get time on day of fittting

We required vertical blinds for the living room & dining room, to replace old homefair blinds. The person arrived to measure and provide an estimate, he informed us about P clips but I said I would install them, he noted on the paperwork that customer to fit P clip but did not mention about the blinds not being fitted due to the installer not fitting the P clips. Two weeks later the fitters arrived to install, and as he walked in the door he said I'm unable to install the blinds as I stated I would install P clips, he would only fit the fixing bracket. I informed him that I had left the old brackets, and only had to remove the screws and replace with new brackets, he then decided to put his fixings in and damaged my plasterwork leaving a hole, so I told him to leave it, and I would resolve, as he had already informed me that he would not be able to place the blinds into the windows as he would liable or face prosecution if any child was hurt. I was annoyed at the poor service and sent an email to H/F on the same day Friday, Monday I received a call from customer service asking if I had photos of the damage which I sent over to her. I sent a second email on the 3rd Oct asking for an update, still no response very disappointed in the poor & lack of communication.

When we ordered the blinds the sales assistant was helpful and polite he explained things clearly and when we got our blinds fitted the bloke who fitted them was polite and friendly and helpful i would recommend homefair blinds to friends

One of the worst companies you could ever use for your blinds. I ordered blinds a set of Roman blinds. The quality is horrific and the clips on the back of the blind keep coming off. I have rang 5 times and it still isn’t resolved nearly 5 month down the line. I asked to speak to a manager 3 times and was told “he will not speak to you because he will just tell you the same as what I have “ . Avoid this company at all costs. They charge premium prices for dunelm quality.

Friendly and informative quote and excellent fitting

I have had window blinds from this company and when I required to renew 2 other windows I did not heasitate to go with this company again. I have Intu blinds fitted to my bi fold doors and am well pleased. The only negative is the time allowed prior to the installer arriving ie from 10 - 1pm. I would rather have a better alloted time than wait 3 hours.

although my local branch has now closed I phoned up to arrange a visit. The rep arrived quickly and soon measured up and gave several suggestions and alternatives. We decided on a blind and this was fitted quickly a few days later. We're very impressed with the quality of the product and service.

Great and will be ordered again very soon already had all downstairs down will be preferred upstairs and front door roller blind ready for Christmas thank you appreciate it and will be in shop to book appointment in very soon

Everything was easy from start to finish, only took 2 weeks to get them all made and fitted. They look lovely and we are very happy with them.

Whole experience excellent. Made an appointment, someone came out to measure and blinds were chosen. Fitted two days ago in about 10 minutes. Everyone we came into contact with friendly and obviously knew their stuff. Have used Homefair before and would go them again if the need arise.

Spoke to a lady on the phone about getting mams room in her nursing home measured for a roller blind. Measured and fitting done all within 3 weeks. Absolutely first class service

Excellent service from start to finish

Made the initial enquiry at the Washington Galleries shop, then a home visit to measure and select the blinds and finally installation all completed within a two week period. First class service from each of the 3 members of staff I dealt with. The quality and look of the blind is excellent .
