Kitchen French door blinds snapped cord in a matter of weeks! Bedroom perfect fit roller blinds sticking and one won't retract at all! Customer "services " unhelpful and got huffy - no doubt because they spend all day dealing with irate customers!! Taking legal action to remedy the issue!

United Kingdom | 07 September 2024We made an appointment for a full house of blinds with Homefair Blinds with a 4 hour window which is their standard for Saturday 07th September. A message was left by Homefair Friday 06th Sep advising they were unable to make the appointment due to an emergency. These things do happen. I called to make an alternative appointment with a more specific time (which I considered fair and reasonable as Homefair had cancelled the initial appointment at very short notice) but was told this was not possible and couldn’t be accommodated. I will look elsewhere for blinds but do consider this poor customer service on the basis Homefair cancelled the pre-arranged appointment and consider the 1 star review appropriate.

Thank you to Thomas the lad who came to fit my blind. He even carried a huge heavy, bulky delivery I had blocking the stairs for me. He carried it upstairs in a couple of seconds. I was so grateful.

Was given a fitting date and on the day the fitter arrived in the time he said. He was friendly and polite and had the 3 blinds fitted in half an hour. I'm delighted with them. Definitely worth the price. Would use Homefair blinds again
