Imran came to measure and fit our conservatory blinds, such a lovely helpful guy. Definitely goes out of his way to make sure they are perfectly fitted, a great asset to this company.Very happy with the kind service and wouldn't think twice to use again.

Purchased a full house of blinds and have had nothing but problems. Living room blinds incorrectly measured! Kitchen French door blinds snapped cord in a matter of weeks! Bedroom perfect fit roller blinds sticking and one won't retract at all! Customer "services " unhelpful and got huffy - no doubt because they spend all day dealing with irate customers!! Taking legal action to remedy the issue!

Excellent customer service. All windows and two doors measured for perfect fit blinds. Fitted yesterday and look brilliant. I have always used Homefair blinds.

We made an appointment for a full house of blinds with Homefair Blinds with a 4 hour window which is their standard for Saturday 07th September. A message was left by Homefair Friday 06th Sep advising they were unable to make the appointment due to an emergency. These things do happen. I called to make an alternative appointment with a more specific time (which I considered fair and reasonable as Homefair had cancelled the initial appointment at very short notice) but was told this was not possible and couldn’t be accommodated. I will look elsewhere for blinds but do consider this poor customer service on the basis Homefair cancelled the pre-arranged appointment and consider the 1 star review appropriate.

I always use this company and wouldn't consider anywhere else. Very helpful and reliable. Great products and great price. Thank you to Thomas the lad who came to fit my blind. He even carried a huge heavy, bulky delivery I had blocking the stairs for me. He carried it upstairs in a couple of seconds. I was so grateful.

Imran fitted and measured for my home, he was an absolute gentleman - very efficient, didn’t leave any mess and took the packaging away with him. I certainly want him to come back and finish the rest of my windows when I’m ready. Absolutely brilliant, thank you Imran! 😀

Really pleased with the service I received. Was given advice on the best product for my requirements. Was given a fitting date and on the day the fitter arrived in the time he said. He was friendly and polite and had the 3 blinds fitted in half an hour. I'm delighted with them. Definitely worth the price. Would use Homefair blinds again
