The fitter was first class every thing explained and no mess

From the making of the appointment to the fitting I cannot find a fault with the whole operation of Homefair. Thanks for your very professional service.

Had a problem with one of my perfect fit blinds all sorted quickly ,the after care is very good

If I could give zero stars I would. I requested an appointment as I was looking for advice and measuring on all my windows. Patio doors, three bay windows, small bedroom and landing window. Two were more urgent as currently having renovation of home. Was told I would receive text at 9am on the day to advise time but Ion turned up at 9am no text. The plasterer let him in and before I came down the stairs he had already assessed my downstairs front bay. I took him to the most urgent room - back bedroom three window bay and he measured for a Roman blind. He had fabrics but I had already seen the fabric in the showroom. No other advice/discussion about this room other than to mention there would be gapping. I mentioned possibility of Roman blinds on five window bays in front rooms but immediately said the windows were too narrow and end of discussion. We therefore got no further as far as measuring any other windows as that was end of story. No advice regarding alternative options. He was in and out in 5 minutes. Email with quote received saying if I wanted further information to contact him. No number included just “insert telephone number” where it should have been inserted. A week or so later he rang me to see what I had thought. I called into the shop to advise of my disappointment and advised of the above and the need for training this member of staff. As I had really liked the fabric I had seen I asked them to provide me with an approximate price for curtains in the bedroom that had been measured in the fabric I had chosen and that if I wished to proceed I would arrange for a re-measurement. They said they couldn’t promise for that day but they would arrange to email it to me the next day. That was on 25 June and no email and no contact. I contacted Hillary’s who came out and spent 2.5 hours measuring all my windows and providing advice, showing me all options and how the Roman blinds were removed for cleaning etc. I have opted for curtains and they will be fitting my most urgent two rooms in 2 weeks. They will be getting all of my business and I would not recommend Homefair Blinds to anyone.

We were given a time of between 12.00 and 3.00 for the fitters to arrive and fit our blinds. At 3.10 we had to call up the company to ask if they were still coming? Eventually turned up at 4.20. Blinds fitted well. No problems with the product itself.

Andy the guy who came out to measure our porch ,was so nice and kind and had lots of samples for us to look at . He gave us our quote and after looking at another company we decided they were the best . So we got our fitting date and the guy who fitted them was so quick and very polite. The blinds we just love them and have decided to have them in the lounge and patio doors in the kitchen. Great customer service. Just love our blinds had lots of compliments too so all good 👍

Everything went very smoothly from initial consultation to fitting of our roller blinds all staff lovely and pleasant we will be using them again

Measuring fine polite and on time fitting on time went well found a fault rang customer service asked me to try and rectify myself didn’t work rang back have to wait a week for someone coming out when I was working carpet fitting we had to be out to look at the problem fix it if possible either the same day or at the latest the next day

We have used Homefair before and always had good service, the blinds are great and the staff are pleasant, unfortunately this time was a little lacking. I had to call twice to chase things up - a simple sorry for the delays would have been appreciated.

Measurement date went well very friendly and helpful.. delivery and installation date however was giving two time slots neither happened.. telephone to see why and staff were very polite and helpful. Once the lad arrived he just didn’t seem to be bothered and rushed to fit not realising I asked and wanted them to open to the right from left other then that price and staff are great

Home fair have fully done my entire house lovely men very polite and friendly staff highly reccomend them 👍
