I bought blinds with a motor, but the motor broke very quickly. Unfortunately, I didn't have any receipts or saved emails, so I just asked to order a new one and said I would pay for it. The rude staff promised to contact me when they got the price. Months later, with no answer, I asked for blinds with the same measurements but without a motor because it's absolutely useless. However, I'm still waiting for an answer, and it's already been two weeks. Very, very disappointing customer service.

We order the blinds and it took 6 weeks to arrive and the measurement of the blinds are different. Not organized with the equipment i had to give him some tools to fit blinds. They need to improve the service for the future.

Blinds quality happy with happy with fitters very unhappy with the time I had to wait for my last blind as when they came to fit them 4 weeks ago instead of 4 rae pink the sent only 3 windows and 1 rae pinedue to mis spelling on order and I had ro wait 4 weeks more to get caravan finished regards Mrs j yearham

We have been very impressed from going into the shop and booking a date to looking at what we fancied, the person who came out to measure was very efficient and the person who did the fitting was very polite, didn't leave any mess, we would definitely recommend and use again.

We have had excellent service from Homefair with our blind orders. The last order we had there was a small fitting issue with a blind in our kitchen. After reporting the issue it was dealt with promptly and a fitter came and refitted the blind with no issues. Good to know that after sales service very good.
