Great service blinds were put up quickly and efficiently very pleasant young who fitted them no mess in the time slot I was given would recommend this firm

Have used Homefair for a number of years. Had a few issues with the last order but they are fitted correctly now. The last fitter was very matriculate and took his time to ensure that the blinds around the bay window were level. A call back from the manager would have been good considering that there were issues that he knew about.

From the Showroom Visit to the Measuring and sales presentation home visit, to the Fitting The whole experience was just so professional, comfortable and pleasurable from the start I would never use another Blind and Shutter company other than Homefair Blinds and I have used quite a few in my time, but Homefair Blinds are the best in Service, Quality and Price, HOMEFAIR BLINDS SIMPLY THE BEST From a very satisfied customer.

Timing was perfect as was the fitting. What I was not happy with the installer not asking me to check the install. Mor was I happy with the old blinds just dumped on bedroom floor. I would have expected him to have at Lear asked would I like them brought down for disposal. I am a 70 year old pensioner and the he'll would have been appreciated.

Soon after visiting their showroom, Homefair called to measure up two blinds. The fitter came seven days later. All went smoothly. No complaints.

Excellent service from start to finish. The lady in store was very helpful and knowledgeable. The salesman was the same and explained the options clearly. The fitter arrived at the allocated time and was very capable and professional. We are very happy with our lovely new blinds.

Homeflair have renewed all our window coverings from blinds to Roman blinds and a couple of roller blinds and we really couldn't be happier they have an excellent choice of colours and designs with options for blackouts to be included. Very happy customer.

This is our second lot of blinds from Homefair and we really like them. Although they’ve gone up in price since we had the first lot they are still a fair price and good quality. Imran and Tom fitted our blinds today and they did a great job. They were very friendly but professional! Thank you!

Just had 3 blinds fitted few days ago . Had two fitters come , one still learning the job . Explained everything about blinds how to clean them etc . Good communication throughout. They cleaned up after themselves, also took all the packaging away with them . Would recommend Homefair blinds .

Northeast Just had two sets of blinds fitted, excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This company came to fit blinds in my new home. The fitter could not put a screw into the wall without taking plaster off. The living room blinds were faulted and had to be returned . The utility window sill suffered damage during fitting with holes in the plaster and the blind control was fitted crooked into the plastic window frame !. The toilet blind was fitted crooked and it came dislodged after a few days. The senior fitter came and rectified the issues. The kitchen roller blind also arrived damaged and was told it would be replaced. A month has passed and no one has been in touch. No apology from any member of staff. The fitter was also rude - no the wonder things went wrong as he was balancing on his tool box rather than using step ladders. If you value your home and decoration stay clear of the dreadful company who have no customer service whatsoever. Just wish I could upload the photos to this site as a warning to others
