Good value and friendly

Absolutely delighted with my perfect fit blinds. Scott came to measure up and also fitted the blinds with imran. They look superb. The job from start to finish was completed within 6 weeks. Lots of choice with a good showroom to visit. Would definitely use this company again.

Was due to have my blinds fitted today (23/04/24) time slot given between 2-5pm. Writing this review at almost 6pm… no body has turned up. Impossible to get in touch with the head office as the office closes at 5pm. I’ve paid in full for a product to be fitted today and they haven’t turned up. Furious doesn’t cover it. Absolutely non existent customer service. Do not purchase your blind from here.

Excellant service,from the girls in the shop to the guy who measured and lastly the fitter. Left no mess and took all packaging away. Also they gave you a 3hr time slot as to when they would fit blinds. Great value for money. Definitely would use them again.

Ordered through South Shields shop and great service from Lynn. Initial problem with one of the three blinds which was replaced without question. Fitting excellent as well . Will use again

Sales in shop arranged a time for someone to come and measure. Brought samples and gave a price. On paying a deposit,he gave us a fitting day (around 10 days). Everything went perfect and blinds are superb. No complaints whatsoever.

Following my previous entry on Trustpilot, I can report that a couple of days later I received a call from the Cramlington shop to say somebody would call the following Tuesday to check why my blind was not working properly. I am now satisfied that the blind just needed a harder than expected pull and now works properly. I had been reluctant to pull too hard in case of damaging the blind. So I’m very pleased with my purchase and can definitely recommend Homefair.

Awful customer service. Blinds are a mess, don’t fit correctly. Original fitter didn’t correctly fit the blinds, tension incorrect amongst other issues. Had senior fitter out for over 3 hours to try and rectify several issues. No call back from management as requested. As far as they are concerned there is no issue. Refused point blank to issue refund and take them away. Terrible product and service.
