I took my perfect fit blind to seaham to have a new cord fitted it was done while we waited. Staff were wonderful very friendly and helpful Thankyou Donna and Joanne excellent service.

Colin, who came to measure up for us, was courteous, pleasant and informative. Excellent service. A convenient time and date was arranged for the fitting. Fitter came promptly. Was very quick, very tidy and respectful of our furniture. He also helped with the old blinds and packaging.

Very helpful staff from advisor who made the appointment to the guy who measured and the guy who fitted my blinds. They look great and seem excellent quality. My only complaint is that although booked in 2 - 3 weeks ahead, you are not given a window of time for fitting. You get a date and have to be prepared to wait in all day. Surely an am or pm slot could be allocated to help people with today's busy lives.

I made initial measure up appointment in Cramlington branch very helpful and professional. Simon came out to measure and gave excellent advice and blinds fitted 2 weeks later. Lovely lad came to fit didn’t get his name but very tall! Polite clean professional and blinds are fantastic will 100% be using Homefair for next blinds 👍 would highly recommend
