Excellent from the first phone call to fitting the blinds. The customer agent took the details and arranged a day for the guy to call and measure the windows. Chose the blinds and within 2 weeks they were fitted perfectly. Delighted

Have had several blinds over the years from Homefair. Recently had a need for one of our door perfect fits to be re-strung. What an amazing / efficient and speedy service from their Seaham staff. Very reasonable price- so friendly and even a well needed coffee whilst I waited.

Ordering to fitting great. Only thing I would say is either put a cover down when fitting and clean area when finished.

When the house-call was made to measure for my blinds, I was very specific about what I want for our new build house. Arrived punctually with all the books needed to make my selection. I went for kitchen roller blind, night/day blinds for bedrooms & vertical for living/dining room. Timescale given for making up was exact. Punctual again for installation, with no fuss or mess.

I contacted homefair bli is today and spoke with Joanne as a roller blind I have the breaker on the cord has broken and as I don't live near one if the shops she has arranged for a member of staff to pop some through my letterbox , very kind gesture Joanne. I have used company over many years and will continue to do so in the future
