From ordering the blinds to having them fitted was great. The choice of colour and styles was very comprehensive. Fitted quickly and without any problems. All their staff were very friendly and professional. Will use them again

From start to finish they were extremely helpful, friendly and listened to what I prefered. Not pushy or try to get me to buy what I didn't want which is a huge plus theses days.

Friendly staff in the shop in Tesco , Kingston Park , good advice re choice of blinds and prompt appointment booked for Rep to call and measure up. Rep was friendly , chatty and efficient. Explained how blinds would be fitted and how the blackout feature worked. Prompt fitting date arranged and fitter rang to say what time to expect him , again friendly and efficient and tidied up well.

Whole process is stress free and quick. Prices are very competitive.

Had to wait nearly 2 weeks for a measuring appointment. Waited in for five hours but they failed to turn up during the agreed slot and we did not receive any notification. On contacting the company about the no show they confirmed that the appointment had been booked but for some unknown reason the surveyors app had not recorded the booking. This tech. problem was apparently known about but nobody thought to double check that all appointments for that day were allocated correctly. I asked for a new one hour slot replacement appointment but they would only offer a 3 hour slot. I cancelled my booking as I will not deal with companies who treat customers with so little respect. Will take my custom to another company.

Awful company avoid at all costs! Had blinds fitted from this joke of a company first appointment they cancelled on the morning of the fitting after I booked a day off work Blinds then fell down after 2 weeks of being fitted, rang to book an appointment to get them put back up so booked another day off work unpaid and they cancelled on the morning of the appointment again Staff are rude and obnoxious when you tell them of the inconvenience it has caused. 1 of the blinds has a massive hole in from where it’s been cut in the warehouse Man who who came to measure and fitters are very pleasant but the rest of the staff and the after service are awful. Once they have your money they don’t care, hands down the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with save yourself the time and stress and go somewhere else, plenty off other company’s who’ll give you the service and aftercare your paying for. Emailed their complaints department twice and never received a response back as they probably get that many, don’t know how a company can survive without a proper aftercare service. Would give them a zero stars if I could. They just put a generic reply to any bad reviews they receive on here.

The initial contact with the company was good with various options discussed in the Seaham showroom. The resulting appointment was also good with the salesman coming up with an alternative option for an issue that we had. Delivery of the new blinds was approximately 3 weeks, this was for 4 blinds. The fit took place and there was an issue with one of the door blinds guides. This was immediately re-ordered by the fitter. However this took a further 3 weeks for a guide to be produced and refitted which we found a little excessive even after a couple of chase up calls to find out where it was. The quality of the product is good and the price was fair.
