Booked appointment for today 8-1 At 12 I get a call to say the measurer is ill and can’t attend and will need to wait another week Surely a National company has more than 1 measurer and calling so late into the time-slot is unacceptable, I’ll try somewhere more reliable

I've used Homefair twice the customer service cost and quality have been outstanding. You get a confirmed date when ordering and message when arriving. Arrive within the slot. Good range of colours etc and would give them more than 5* From start to Finish excellent. Date from first fitting was quickly changed for me to fit with my changed shifts

Brilliant service. Lady in the showroom was lovely and explained different types of blinds available. Very quickly got an appointment to have free fitting and quote. Blinds fitted 3 weeks later. Very quick and easy- took fitter no time at all to sort them out. Would highly recommend the whole service.

Prompt measuring service with a good selection of blinds to choose from. I chose 4 roller blinds and 1 wood Venetian, there was a 4 week wait between measuring & fitting which I didn’t mind as it gave me time to finish decorating. Blinds are lovely quality, value for money and I found all staff to be helpful and polite.

I’m delighted with the Madison Shutters that were installed at the patio door, leading to my conservatory. The shutters are made in Northern Ireland and are excellent quality. They fit perfectly. Having had a full refurbishment of windows to the house we decided to refit them with venetian blinds. Homefair has been the supplier we have used for many years. The help from we received from our local store was first class when choosing the style and colour we went for. The measuring and fitting service was also of a high quality. We were happy with the purchase cost and will continue to use Homefair in the future and highly recommend them.

Very happy with my experience with homefair blinds from start to finish, a lovely man came and measured up and helped me chose and a lovely man came and fitted them, minimal mess. I love my new blinds and they were very reasonably priced.

On time for appointments, giving me a call 30 mins prior to coming or a time window being sent via text the day of fitting. Friendly and knowledgeable from coming for measurements to the blinds being fitted. Everything has ran smoothly on time.
