⚠️Homefair blinds are absolutely shocking⚠️ avoid this company at all cost, I’ve been none stop on the phone to this company i’ve purchased at least five sets of Venetian blinds from this company every time there as been something drastically wrong with the blinds from missing component to wrong measurement in the end I had to sort them out myself with double sided sticky tape for the head track. Wish I could put pictures up to show everybody how incompetent this company is.

Have used this company over 30 years have just had perfect fit blinds fitted and must say would give 10 out of 10 always a pleasure to deal with from the sales team , Colin who measures up and the fitters totally recommend

Prompt and Courteous at every stage, with a wide range to.choose from, they provided just what we needed.

The fitter called me to let me know when he would arrive and this was well within the allocated time. He was pleasant and talked me through the job he would be completing. He managed the work well, despite my tiles being porcelain and difficult for the drill. The work was completed quickly and there was no mess afterwards. I already have Homefair blinds in my kitchen and they are of an excellent quality, I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Very pleased with my new blinds from Homefair blinds cramlington!! I chose the colour Dorothy in aluminium perfect fit blinds!! Great quality , love the colour and of course a perfect fit!! Staff very helpful and friendly!! Very satisfied!! And they look great on my bay window!!

Very professional from the telephone staff to the people that measure up to the fitters. We have now had our whole house fitted out by Homefair and have recommended them to friends and family. Their prices are very good and the waiting time from measuring to fitting is very quick. Excellent experience from start to finish.

Unreliable with dates blinds would be ready quoted 2-3 weeks, waited 5 weeks after paying full price when I ordered

I've used homeflair blinds in the past and was happy with work so they were the obvious choice when I needed new blinds. The rep that called to house to measure up was very helpful, the fitter was in and out which with no mess. Overall I'm very happy with Homeflair and love my new blinds.

Today, the day of our appointment to have blinds fitted into our home, we've received a message telling us that the fitter has contracted covid and that the appointment will be delayed by 1 week. This is absolutely unacceptable. I've contacted customer care who informed me that their hands are tied because other fitters are assigned to other jobs. We were relying on this company to have our blinds fitted prior to my girlfriend giving birth. Her due date is tomorrow and we have a lot on. What an absolute failure of service by Homefair that they're unable to keep an appointment because a fitter calls in sick. There is little we can do in response to this but to hope that we are not in a position where my girlfriend is giving birth or recovering at the time of the new appointment. Needless to say we shall be avoiding this company following the current appointment, and will be speaking to others in order to warn them of the experience we've had. Utterly disgraceful service.
