I get most of my business through Bidvine. The system is well set up to bring customers and providers together. The Bidmatch system allows me to provide automated responses, enabling the customer to get quick responses. I have had some frustrations with the system at times but the customer support team are always very helpful.

Counter productive: this platform aims to provide a mutually beneficial service that is meant to be cost effective for all parties involved. However, in my experience professionals lose out. They wrongfully cancel your credit after a year and any refunded bids are held as credit on your account. Most people seemingly acquiring the skills of professionals are not serious. Most are time wasters looking to pay peanuts for your work. Look elsewhere.

I found this website recently and think it is a very innovative concept. The responses from the pros were quick and I could hire cleaning agencies for an end-of-tenancy clean within a day. (Twice!) But, unfortunately both the pros did not turn up on the given day. And worse, there was. no communication on the day except for a message just before arrival that they were late! This was a huge loss of time and money for me. I had spared two full working days (on separate occasions) when I travelled to the flat to be cleaned before I handed it over to the letting agency. Having to give the flat uncleaned finally meant the agency charged a huge amount from the deposit for deep cleaning from their side. Plus all the futile attempts to contact the pro on the scheduled day. Overall very disappointing. The problem with bidvine is that they don't own any responsibility for their pros' commitment or punctuality. On top of that, you can only communicate through their messaging platform unless the pro provides you a personal contact. I still think I will use this website for future hiring needs. But a personal suggestion is that they should chase up non attendance and either penalise the pro or compensate the consumer.

Communication with Marius was britiliant, he estimated the cost of the job, we agreed that I will produce the material. We set the date. On arrival he set himself up and got on to the job. 7 hour later was all finished. Was hard to tell if it went well as walls and ceiling looked very wet and uneven. 3 days latter then it dried completely if a total disaster. Ceiling corners not filled and all of them has a holes. Ceiling got cracked in a numerous places, where was no cracks before. All the wall corners are not strait at all. Need sanding big time. He said its would be ready to pqint strait away after its fully dried. I have many photos to prove what a horrible job was done. Total waste of the money.
