I spoke to an East European friendly lady who followed up swiftly on the phone to confirm my order. She was courteous and got clarifications about my order. On the scheduled date, the team attending to do the removal of rubbish was on time and they did an efficient collection. The team showed utmost professionalism and were hardworking. I strongly recommend them to anyone wanting a rubbish collection service.

Love how quickly I managed to find a suitable contractor for my flat pack project. I had some very prompt responses and hired a well recommended person who did a fantastic job and was cheaper. Today I had another argument with the bidvine costumer service.I'm on bid match option.I know once a client send you an initial yes you'll be charge around £13 which happened to me but right after my first message the client cancelled the request and the company still keep telling because just a yes from client you have been charged and there is no refund! Does it make scenes? I believe they need to review this policy otherwise will gain more negative reputation.

This company is utter crap, or perhaps more appropriate if you hire someone through them and enter a contract for a job, and the person fails to show up, they should be liable to pay compensation. My partner and I needed a number of fairly simple odd jobs done in home and garden. We got what we thought was someone who said they could do job, a Dean O'Connell of Charleswood Painting, based in Bucks. We arranged day and time, 10 days in advance. My partner - who is a self-employed freelance - took a morning off work and cancelled bookings. 30 minutes after the arranged time on the day the work was to be undertaken, this workman had still not arrived and we had heard nothing from him about what was happening. On contacting we were told his foot swelled up and he had had to go for blood tests. Highly unbelievable. And sitting waiting for an alleged blood test means you can't quickly make a one minute call, text or send email? What's more, he had not even thought it appropriate to contact us in advance and let us know or offer any apology. So, we don't get the work done, and my partner loses a morning's wage. This kind of thing is unacceptable. Bidvine should be held responsible, and pay compensation for loss of earnings and/or time wasted by a customer through unprofessional people they put on their books who break contracts.

Found Nicolae Cristian Neagoe through Bidvine as a carpenter but OMG this man does it all. Carpentry,painting,tiling everything. Always turns up on time works hard and stays late. Such a trustworthy man and such a nice warm person. Pricing great and overall so happy that we have found this little gem of a worker.
