The wines in the selection received did not match those shown in the promotional docket and also the wines received were very average. I am aware that it was part of Russell Hobbs promotion and I did not expect premium wines but I genuinely believe I could have purchsaed the 12 bottles provided for the €70 it cost me so the promotion in effect yielded me nothing

Normally very good in terms of timliness of delivery but slow on this occasion.

I usually prefer red wines to white but this was an outstanding wine with a beautiful aroma and a strong flavour.

Only got vouchers off the website for a friend so can only comment on that & had no problems with that. All good, all easy & hopefully my friend will have similar ease of use when she goes to purchase wine, I'm sure she will have no problems, it seems like a well run & professional website.

Poor service overall. Delivered to next door. I would only have known same given neighbor let me know, surely your delivery team should let recient know that product delivered elsewhere. Also one of my ordered products had to be exchanged as not available - don’t really understand how this happens in an online service.

Haven't had time to taste the wines yet but ordering them was easy !

Ordered wine four days before going on holidays. Asked that it be delivered to neighbours if not at home (addresses given). Returned after ten days to find case near front door in driveway. Not acceptable. Could not use again.
