Ordered pot luck red and white cases recently on presale. Delivery was made on time and notification provided from delivery company in advance of the delivery. Stunned by the selection I had in my two boxes. Can't imagine either box was valued under €200 never mind being close to the minimum guaranteed value of €175. Had tried a white wine recently in a restaurant in London and hadn't managed to find one in the shops here. Low and behold it was in the box. Will, Ann and Renaud continue to deliver a quality service and fantastic quality produce.

Very poor service. Order placed on the 19th June. Delivery 28th. Carrier notified me at 10:00 that delivery would be at 16:00 - 17:00. Had somebody present - now received notification that goods are being sent back to sender. No options on DPD website. Very poor !!
