Wonderful gift. My friend was delighted with her Prosecco and chocolates. Only complaint is related to the courier company. They collected the package 2 days before they delivered it (so it arrived late for her birthday 😯) and when they did deliver...it wasn't to her address but a nearby hotel !! ( She received a text to tell her to collect it there!!) So delivery service definitely not the worth the €7.50 I paid for it!

I placed an order online which was accepted and the cost deducted from my CC immediately. I then received an email the next day informing me that the wine I ordered was not available because someone else had just purchased it before me. I know that these kind of advents can happen and I understand this. What I take issue with is the fact they deducted money from my CC without checking that they where able to fulfill the order.

Hi, looked like good value but the case we bought was listed as a reserva on the website and did not have the alcohol content listed on the website - we were disappointed to find that it was not the reserva and the alcohol content was 14.5% - very high for a Rioja.

I have not tried the wine yet so cannot judge it. I gave a poor review because the agent you used for delivery simply left it outside the front door either late at night or early morning and gave not indication of this until we opened the door and found it. This is the second time they have acted this way Rgds

The delivery arrived at the weekend unexpectedly necessitating returning home to avoid losing the case. The courier arrived unexpectedly and would not wait for anyone to take delivery. The product arrived well packed and as described and what we have tasted so far has been good. We were contacted to confirm the delivery address and told to expect delivery on Monday.
