I hav'nt tasted the wine yet but all other aspects of site were v good.

I got what I wanted with only a minor blip with my online experience. I thought the sign in procedure to claim my wine had too many stages.

Site very easy to navigate, Ordering was straightforward. Online chat with Will, found him to be very pleasant and efficient. Whole experience of choosing/ordering and paying was easy. Only one issue that prevents me from awarding 5 stars was the short delay in delivering my order, but this would not put me off using this merchant again. All in all a very happy customer and I'm sure I'll be even happier when I can relax with my glass of wine.

Brilliant service. I needed to change the delivery date for my order which they did immediately on calling them. Following this they realised that they didn't have enough stock of the item I wanted to fulfil my order so they offered a more expensive wine at the price of my original order. Very Impressed!

Disappointed it was not flagged that the bottle I had ordered (Moet) was not available until the following week, it was a gift for an engagement so its disappointing it was not delivered on the agreed day. I had to contact the person receiving the gift to ask if they had got it which ruined the surprise really.......

I was very disappointed to learn that the priduct I purchased was no longer available some time after the purchase. I think you should adjust your minimum available levels to compensate.

Better than expected delivery, one bottle valued at €6.00, must check out others to see if the average of 12 gets to €12.00
