Bought the pot luck special - so there is an element of don't know what you're getting. So far not impressed with what was opened- (& bottles of Beaujolais nouveau definitely bin end...) Good service & delivery but disappointed with the 'value' for the offer

Ordered two 12 bottle cases of pot luck mixed 6 red and 6 white. Ordered them on the Monday and both cases received on the Thursday. Have tried a few of the bottles and they were fabulous! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend WineOnline.ie

Delivery is excellent, communication is excellent - I was unlucky with the mix of wines in the "blind option" - so far 1 x white corked, but for the age of it, could have been a stunner. My advice is that the service is great, if you know what you want - order it versus a blind pick.

Anne was super helpful and accommodating especially on delivery where I had an issue around same (my fault). There is very wide range of good to very good wine on offer at all price points. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I'm in Australia and ordered some champagne to be delivered to my friend in Ireland. WineOnline were so patient and attempted to deliver 3 times before being successful. They could have said no. It's great to know you can trust them to go above and beyond, especially when you're on the other side of the world with a different currency and no idea about area codes for phone number etc. I'll use them every time now. Excellent service.

I struggled to see where I got a bargain here. Any of the wines I have tasted so far (in my pot luck case) haven't been great especially the Beaujolais Nouveau, infact I didn't drink it because it tasted stale, it was terrible. Also from my research the wines that I've had so far retail at circa €10. Staff were very pleasant and helpful though.

I ordered a Gift Box set of two bottles of wine and two glasses as a Birthday Present for a family Member (wine lover). The wine promptly arrived but when I checked the contents I discovered the wine inside was not as advertised, it was a different year. A quick check online on an independent review site informed me it was also a cheaper wine! I contancted wines online with my complaint and was told they would look into it. A week later I made a follow up call and was told yet again they would get back to me. It is now a further week on and still no answer! Very disappointing Service from Wines.online they have not inspired me to be a return customer!

The choice of wine is excellent, the delivery was prompt and the value is what keeps me coming back. A key attraction for me is I don't have time to read up and follow what wines are good for what years, the advice from wine online is very clear and honest.

Really professional, delivered on time and by an extremely nice delivery man who didn't ruin the surprise for my mum when she asked who had sent her lovely box of wine! 😀.

Wanted to send a gift from overseas. Easy to use. Smooth process. Great customer service! There was no one at home, or at the two alternative houses I'd given for delivery and the driver called the recipient and stayed on the phone until he'd sorted out an alternative and delivered the case!
