We cannot praise these meals enough. Each one that we have tried has been a lovely experience. Probably our most favourite is Spanish Chicken. Love the little crispy potatoes on tope of the spicy chicken. Why on earth bother to go out to eat!! We make each of Charlies meals a special occasion. A big thank you from Edna and Ben.

The most delicious Smoked Haddock Gratin with lots of fish and a very tasty sauce. We thoroughly enjoyed it

I used to love Charlie Bighams ready meals, however on Saturday I bought a charlie bighams chicken tikka from Tesco, and I have never been soo ill in my entire life, it’s now 3/4 days in and I’m still extremely poorly, vomiting and diarrhoea for 2 days and still terrible stomach now. I know it’s the food as my family ate something different that night, and it can’t be a bug because they are not ill either. Very disappointed. I can’t even look at food at the moment. :(

This sticky toffee pudding was delicious nice and light cake toffee sauce not to sweet and at £4 75 a bargain lovely pudding for Easter

I had the Lasagne for one last night and I have to say it is the best Lasagne I have tasted. I am a single pensioner and I found that the size of the meal was just right for me and I will be buying it again. It is dearer than my usual one but worth the difference.

I have tried most of the puddings which were excellent, so i decided to try a main meal chicken tika masala at first glance I thought to much rice not enough chicken tika but after cooking and serving up I was pleasantly surprised by the amount the taste was excellent and great value for money

I have been purchasing these meals now for some time, mostly for my elderly grandparents. I must say that they are the best meals I have ever been able to provide for them. The packaging is excellent, quality is amazing, and most importantly the taste of the food is far beyond any alternatives on offer. To top it off, the service and support the staff at Bigham's provide is outstanding.

I usually cook but I decided to buy a ready meal. I remembered a very nice lasagne my nephew gave us made by Charlie Bigham. So I decided to try the Chicken tikka. Well it was like home cooking and better than most restaurants as it was good quality and fresh not microwaved and frozen. It came in lovely little wood container which I have reused. There was only a bit of clingfilm to throw away. I can highly recommend these meals.

The very best takeaway food dishes I have ever ever had. Beats all the takeaway restaurants by miles. The food is high quality beautiful ingredients and exceptional flavours. I’m in love with the entire range. It’s my weekly go to! The best!!!!

I very much appreciate that Charlie Bigham produces food for the solo customer. Not everyone is part of a cosy couple! I hope he will extend the range for one person. I've been very happy with his products and use them frequently.

I have purchased many of Charlie Bighams meals right from when he started. Then and now the concept was to sell chef standard prepared dishes in good portions that nourish properly and taste wonderful. I mostly home cook but when I need the time these are at least as good as mine and I can rely on good ingredients. Stayed true to this vision through thick and thin well done.

Great if you're on a diet - their meals for two would just about serve as a starter for one. Stupid price given the portion size - gram for gram more than the expensive restaurant equivalent.

we have had a couple of Charlie's dishes [only found them recently] namely the Paella [twice] and the Chicken and Ham Gratin both of which were thoroughly enjoyable and we thought good value for money - we'll popping into out local Waitrose even more often now

I love all the Charlie Bingham food which we buy as a treat at the weekend. We have never been let down

Used to love these but just had a shepherds pie. Filling so thin almost non existent - loads of (cheaper) potato though. Will just but Asda best as just as good, if not better and cheaper

Tried the Chicken&Ham Gratin. Delicious. Quality ingredients plenty of chunky chicken. My husband also enjoyed the Chilli Con Carne. Don’t often eat ready meals but will definitely have these again.
