MedCerts itself is wonderful, but the biggest thing for me was my student advisor! Class being completely online sometimes can be challenging but, Nikki MacFarlane, my student advisor, definitely made it all worth while! Having someone that I can contact whenever needed, about ANYTHING- truly made all the difference. If you’re looking to start a new career, or simply just broaden your education, I definitely recommend doing so through MedCerts. Not only will you gain the most valuable knowledge but you’ll also ‘meet’ the most amazing people.if you’re as lucky as me, you’ll get to meet YOU a Nikki, and when you do, you’ll grow to appreciate her just as much as I do.

Medcerts has been a wonderful resource as I embark on a new career path. My classes are available anytime I am available and that is a wonderful feeling. I have been able to work at my own pace and complete assignments anytime even being overseas with the military. Ursula Ross has been a valuable contact and provided me with all of the information to get me enrolled and made sure she was there every step of the way until I was set up with my student advisor. Ursula went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had all of the necessary tools and information to begin classes. My experience with Medcerts has been seamless and enjoyable and I’m excited to share this experience with others.

My student advisor was phenomenal, she was there every step of the way, and made sure I constantly had support through out the whole process.

NHA lost my test results TWICE!! They didn’t even give me so much as an apology and told me I’d have to pay and take the exam again. I told them I shouldn’t have to pay as they lost my results. I was told to contact medcerts they said I would still be charged regardless. Now they’ve sold my information to a collection agency and are ruining my credit. So not only have my dreams of being an EKG tech been shattered but now I can’t get an apartment.
