Ashley helped me with each step and explained everything very well. Any questions or concerns I had she helped.

The set up and construction of the courses were great. I feel more confident sitting for the national exam after taking this course. I have taken previous courses through other programs and did not feel as confident. My advisor Mrs. Jamie McLachlan Bearden was amazing. I had some medical, financial, and personal struggles through out the completion of my course which caused me to take a lot longer to get to completion. Mrs. Jamie stayed in contact with me and kept me motivated. I truly believe I may not have been as motivated without her.

Mark was great. He took his time explaining all the details with me and made everything as easy as possible for me. It was refreshing.

This is my second review for this online school. I paid Medcerts out of pocket a total of $3584 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. After completing the program for Sterile Process Tech I received a Provisional Certification which lasted 9/29/22 until 3/29/23 my last payment was 9/24/23 and I received zero credible resources from their “staff” everyone I was paired with in my opinion hold useless titles. They are anal about the resume approval which was a waste of time because the job I did get had nothing to do with Sterile Process and I got the job using my own resume not the “approved “ one from Medcerts. Now I get they don’t guarantee job placement but I had no idea until I was well into the program that they didn’t help at all with externship placement. They do not have any credible resources for Sterile Process Techs so people please be aware not to waste your money with them for this particular field. I wasted time and more importantly I gave them free money for NOTHING. This is my first and last experience with them. I stopped answering their weak attempts to reach out to me because they didn’t help at all so what’s the point in keep reaching out to receive nothing but useless information? I’ll never waste another dollar with them again. For Sterile Process techs Medcerts wants you to complete 400 hours of Free hands on work with a company you gotta beg to give you a chance. In the world we live in today I don’t know any adult who has 400 hours of free time to give away. The companies will not hire new graduates of this program until you have 2 or more years of experience which is INSANE when no one will hire you because you are in fact a new graduate. It should be illegal for companies to even utter these statements for an entry level position. How did any one in any field get hired if they all want you to have 3-5 years experience fresh out of these kind of programs? Medcerts is a joke! My experience ended in WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY (a nightmare) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In response to Medcerts: If MedCerts doesn’t guarantee placement for externship, clinical site or whatever else title you wanna slap on it then the price for this particular course should be lowered. Useless titles, waste of time and money.

Med certs has been a great experience for me and I absolutely love easy going everything has been I've never had an issue getting a hold of anyone I always scheduled on callendly and they've been prompt and on time and very knowledgeable
