Rena is one of the best,I applied for surgical tech last year and spoke with her but I couldn’t get in because of the personal reasons tell me why she instantly knew me again she walked me through the program and answered all my questions I start my class today and I CAN’T WAIT to make her proud like how she said it…Rena thank you 🙏🏾 you are freaking awesome!!

I was given time to think about what I really wanted to do for a career. Linda patiently helped me through all of my options and explained them to me in detail. She scheduled follow up calls to help me make a final decision. The program lets you work on your schedule and that helps when you are working full time.

Walk me through ever step. Kept me notified when via email, text, and phones calls.(Awesome for my bad memory) called me the minute the funding went through so I could move my start date up. Real great customer service, everyone I dealt with was up-beat, pleasant and just nice to work with. Felt like you where not just number.

Mark was amazing. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made me feel like I was talking to one of my friends!

I like everyone I talked too very informative about the courses offered and fees associated with programs. I am glad I made the decision to start my success.

Linda Otto was absolutely amazing at helping me get started with their Dental Assistant program, working with me on payment plans and signing up. I truly appreciated everything she did for me, I will rerate the experience when I have finished my course but as of now this has been amazing!

Working with Jennifer Michaels has been an amazing experience regarding resume building and interview preparation. Jennifer is very knowledgeable in the above-mentioned and helps students reach their goals after completing the Med Certs program. I never felt as though I was alone after finishing my program because Jennifer reached out immediately. I sincerely would like to thank Jennifer from the bottom of my heart. Med Certs has gained a person who truly cares about students and their overall success. Working with Jennifer has been a blessing, although we are not related, she never gave up on me. Jennifer made me feel welcome no matter how many times I scheduled appointments with her and asked a thousand questions. It was so many times I was nervous, and Jennifer reassured me that it was okay, and she would be with me every step of the way. Jennifer did just that and I encourage all students to engage in this service.

I found an add on Google based on a search I was interested in pursuing, and I filled out the application requesting more information. I was contacted promptly by David Garcia. He reached out via text as well, which was reassuring that it wasn’t a scam caller. He was very friendly, informative, patient, and reassuring. I felt I was speaking with a friend who had their best interest for me. He answered every question, and made me feel really good about my decision to make a career change. I’m glad I did a little more research and found this place! One of the best phone calls I’ve ever made!

Ashley was easy to work with she was not pushy however she was there when I had questions she responded and timely manner and usually as specific as she could get. Like I said she wasn't pushy but at the same time she didn't forget about me she checked and now me in a couple weeks when I was unsure and sure enough she did what she said. She helped me make a decision and feel comfortable with it. I'm excited to start this adventure. And I can't wait to take another course after this one at 40% off

Nikki P is an excellent advisor, she provided me assistance with all questions and issues I had and got me setup for my course.
