I’ve been having the worst experience with the MYCAA and MySeco portal. ( Im sure it was a fluke and it’s not a terrible process for everyone else, there was something technologically happening in my file), but I wasn’t able to apply for FA and I kept getting the run around. During the, almost two month long process, Eddie Switkowski was quite a blessing. Not only was he guiding me along the way, he was also very patient and timely when I would text him asking for help or additional documentation. We finally got the kinks worked out of the MYCAA process and I’ll be starting my class very soon. Thank you Eddie, you are great at what you do and you made the process much more enjoyable. The world needs more people like you.

I had the worse experience I’m just paying for nothing no communication they don’t listen or help. I was supposed to payments of 200 monthly what so ever they changed it to 250 with out giving me a notice n on top of that I never get a response all the phones are off I never received my book so I’m stuck on week 6

She has encouraged me from the very beginning because I had some serious doubts about continuing the course. She gave me some very good advice and practical things that I could apply during the rest of the course. All of the advice she gave me helped me to pass my national exam and pass it on the first try. THAT WAS A HUGE DEAL FOR ME !!!!!
