United States | 26 October 2015I had a leak at my vacation home basement water heater that would have filled my basement like a swimming pool had I not had a Flologic, it saved the day and a ton of aggrevation!! My brother had a vacation home in Margate New Jersey and had a pipe break from freezing temperatures on the third floor shower of his home. It did almost $100,000 in damage before it was discovered by a local policeman that noticed the water coming out of his garage and notified my brother...he now has a FloLogic and sleeps well in the winter. Get a FloLogic and sleep well, its worth every penny indeed!!

United States | 23 October 2015I bought my first Flo logic after a $ 130,000 loss at my retail store. My friend had one for his basement that he loved. My plumber put it in easily and it has detected numerous leaks that we caught right away because the flologic alerted us in the morning. We installed a second one at our ranch and it detected a leak the first day. This was handy since we are in a drought area. I tell everyone about the product and might start asking for a commision :)

However, I sent them a question about how to connect it to my alarm system and my email went unanswered. I ended up figuring it out myself, but for the high price you pay for the device, I expect better customer service.

United States | 21 October 2015This is my experience with Flologic. Starting with my first call inquiring about the product it has been a great trip. The customer service team has to be the best I have ever experienced. The product was easy to install, with basic plumbing skills like sweating copper fittings. In trail instruction were straight forward. I am looking forward to a upgrade to the control to make it connect to a Smart phone or similar system.
