Extremely please with them and the security and felt very safe ordering from TDF, my parcel came earlier than expected too! Ill soon be ordering the matching hoody to go with my joggers! I found this website in the pre-Christmas panic! Delivery was quick and efficient and I got a 20% discount so I would highly recommend if they have what you are looking for. The only downside was the limited choice of women's clothing.

First time I've ever ordered something online that when received the security tag was left on. I didn't notice it at first, wrapped up present for my dad and then when he opened it Xmas day it was still on it! Please advise what to do next..I do not want to pay postage to send it back etc etc. Regards

Got a notification of a refund due to no stock - didn't even receive an email prior to explain! Unacceptable, why say its in stock when it's not?

ordered jeans on the 12th Dec said it had been dispatched on the 15th and still don't have the item even though its a week later!! dont even reply to your email asking where it is hermes is useless as well because it doesn't have proper updates on your item!!!

No problems good service

Placed an order for superdry joggers for my son for Christmas which went through fine. Several days later I find a paypal refund from this company but with no explanation or apology - guessing item not available. Now left with no xmas present. Great. An email or something would have been nice. Would not recommend at all.
