I ordered several different items from this website, everything arrived the next day. It was packed nicely. Smooth transaction, good service would highly recommend and I will definitely be using them again.

I have ordered from TDF a couple of times without any problems. This time a couple of items were faulty, presumably from their suppliers, so I had to return part of the order, which, at the end of the day, can happen when buying online. TDF dealt with the returns quickly and efficiently, refunding the correct amount of money back to my account promptly. Their staff were very efficient, polite and helpful and I would definitely order from them again as a result. Nice clothes at decent prices with excellent customer service.

First time i have reviewed online - I am driven to it by tdf fashion I received an order that i had cancelled via amazon as it was going to take weeks to be sent out to me. Weeks later it turns up. I then have a 13 email process, including having to send tdf my cancellation evidence as the oversite was assumed to be mine. Several of these were then for - two lost postage pay returns, 3rd one arrived -- i have now completely lost the will and the case is still open.

Placed an online order payed extra for next day delivery to get my order in time for the weekend. Never arrived until the start of following week! Emailed customer services and didnt even offer to refund my postage! 1st and last time No wonder these retailers are going bust! Customer services is everything

Ordered a Jack and Jones shirt which arrived within days. A present for my future son-in-law I checked the size was right - when did 'tight fit' come into the equation! It wasn't anywhere on the webpage and made the purchase a waste of time.
