One item I order was not in stock. I didn't know anything about this until the order arrived with an item missing. My card was still debited for the full amount and I await a refund. No email was received notifying me that the item was out of stock.

Quick delivery, shirt was exactly what I wanted.

I purchased gift vouchers for my brother in laws birthday one week ago and they have not arrived! This meant that my brother in law did not receive his gift from me which was very embarrassing and disappointing. I have emailed your customer services but stil have not received a reply, I wouldn't use your company again and would advise others not to do so!!

Very good delivery service

I have ordered from TDF before, no problem. This time was annoying and disappointing and not a good experience. I will probably not bother in future. First of all I picked what I wanted to order and tried to get it done by 12:30 so I could get delivery next day as I had booked a day off work to receive some other deliveries. So I went to checkout and ordered, put my details in, entered card, entered security - "security incorrect, order not completed". I knew 100% the details I was putting in were correct, so I tried again. Same again, order rejected. I tried once more, just on the remote chance I put my details in wrong but no, order rejected. So now I think it is a problem with my card. Spend 20 minutes on phone with Barclaycard who tell me the three rejected orders have been charged to my card!! Arrrgh. So I try to speak to TDF who are basically just a calltaking service. You have to wait for someone to get back to you. By this time I have now missed out on next day delivery. I wait for a callback which nver arrives. Finally get an email at 5:30 to say the order definitely did not go through and the three charges to my card will take up to 7 days to get back. So I decide to try paypal the next day, and opt for next day delivery again. This time the order goes through, and I look forward to receiving my parcel the next day. But oh no, no parcel arrives. When it does arrive, on the Monday instead of the Friday, it was despatched with 48 hour parcel post. How can that be next day delivery which I was charged for?!!? To make matters worse, when I did get to try the stuff on that I bought, one of the shirts (supposedly size "L", which is normall loose on me) will not even fit around me and the buttons are about 2 inches apart, so definitely not a Large size!!! So I have to send that back. Disappointed and probably will not bother ordering again as there are other companies which do manage to take orders correctly and do delivery next day when they say they will. On a positive note, great selection of clothes at good prices, some bargains can be found and they did refund the returned item quickly.

I have dealt with TDF Fashion on a few occasions, but most recently because they sent me (bless 'em) a free £5 voucher for my birthday, which I was able to use to buy a wallet and have it delivered to me in the Channel Islands for a mere £3 ! And that was the *postage* cost - the wallet itself was absolutely free, and it's lush :) Businesses sending you happy birthday e-mails is commonplace these days, but very few businesses actually send you any sort of *gift* to celebrate the occasion, and it really made my day ! I would happily recommend TDF Fashion to others :)

Its a great site and so glad I found it. All the brands I could ever need, and unlike the last site I bought from, TDF only show products that they physically have in stock so my full order arrived so fast. The prices are great. I bought somethings from tdf, I couldn't believe the fast and efficient service, I would buy from them again

I ordered a pair of khaki shorts, they sent me the same make and model however in blue. I informed them of their mistake and they said i can return, but the best thing for me to do was re-order the shorts I wanted, and they will send. And once they receive my return, they will refund me for it. I went to re-order a few days later but couldn't find the shorts anymore. The CS manager told me they had now sold out and that it was my fault for not ordering at the very moment they told me to reorder.

I found the TDF website very easy to navigate and shop. The choice was suitable to my taste and the purchasing at checkout was user friendly and very efficient. I would recommend anyone to the TDF on line store

I had never been to a TDF store before but was recommended by a friend and I had no regrets. The shop is full of branded fashions all at great prices and the service was excellent.No pushy sales people just caring assistants who really seem to care and want to help. They will see me again that's for sure.
